From grief to anger to courage: Taking to the streets against feminicide
We mourn the death of Fatiha, who was shot dead by her ex-husband on December 2, 1994 in the
shot dead by her ex-husband in the courtroom in Kerpen. We mourn Derya and Kian, who were murdered by Kian's father in Cologne on November 14, 2021. We mourn Nicole, who was murdered on 17.
October 2024 was stabbed to death by her ex-partner in Cologne. We mourn the loss of
Alena, who was murdered by her partner in Paderborn on August 3, 2025.
We mourn the more than 70 women who have already been killed by their (ex-)partners in Germany this year

A feminicide takes place in Germany every other day. Every other day

We are angry at the men who devalue, humiliate and/or kill us.

We join together in our grief and anger and transform it
into courage. We want to take this to the streets of Cologne on December 2, 2025.
The demonstration will begin at 6 pm with a commemoration at the memorial bench for
Fatiha and all murdered women* (in Leo-Amann-Park, Cologne Ehrenfeld).
