Forced prostitution & human trafficking - people fall victim to it every day.

Particularly affected: Women and children in sexual exploitation

The estimated figure of 50 million people in modern slavery worldwide is rising year on year.

This mustnot be allowed to happen!

To mark the EU Day against Human Trafficking, the worldwide "Walk for Freedom" will take place again this year.

Make sure you are there! - HOW?

In Düsseldorf we will march through the city center for about 1 hour.

We will walk in a long line behind each other - dressed in black, with some statement signs and our Walk for Freedom umbrella . To educate passers-by, distributors along the walk will hand out information flyers with a few explanatory words.

You can look forward to some theme-related specials on Schadowplatz such as

- Excerpts from the picture exhibition "I AM HER VOICE",

- food trucks

- beautiful and useful resources that invite you to become a message carrier yourself and talk to people about it
