Why do societal expectations influence our daily lives, our clothing, and how we see ourselves? And what happens when we start to question these rules?

In this interactive workshop, we combine knowledge, creativity, and honest conversations. Together, we’ll dive into fascinating facts about body image, beauty ideals, and social structures—and create a supportive space where exchange, connection, and empowerment take center stage.

About the Workshop Leader

*Carina Sausmikat* (Carry Kinkatty) is a content creator, speaker, and educational consultant specializing in *body neutrality, weight discrimination, and societal body norms*. In her work, she is committed to critically examining beauty ideals and raising awareness about the effects of body shaming and discrimination.

Combining in-depth knowledge, personal experiences, and interactive methods, Carina creates spaces where learning, reflection, and empowerment can take place on an equal footing. Her workshops invite participants to develop new perspectives and to make lasting changes in how they view their own bodies and those of others.
