A quiet Saturday evening at YOMA: gentle yoga, conscious breathing, a glass of wine and a relaxed end to the day in the studio.

This special is not a classic yoga class or a loud party event. It is a light, accessible evening for people who want to combine exercise, relaxation and enjoyment.

We start with a small welcome glass of wine or a non-alcoholic alternative. This is followed by a gentle yoga session with calm movements for the back, hips, shoulders and breathing. The practice is clearly guided, not acrobatic and also suitable for beginners.

Afterwards, there is time for a glass of wine, water and a short, relaxed chat.

At 19:00 the regular Yin Yoga class takes place in the studio. If you would like to extend the evening even further, you can book this separately.

Who is this suitable for?

For anyone who wants to get to know yoga at a low threshold, is looking for a quiet Saturday evening or wants to do something nice with a friend, colleague or a favorite person.

No yoga experience necessary. Mats and equipment are available in the studio.

One-way ticket: 29 €
Duo ticket for 2 people: 49 €

The ticket includes the yoga session, water and a small glass of wine or a non-alcoholic alternative.

Please arrive a few minutes early so that we can start on time.
