The aim is to impart well-founded and practical knowledge, in particular
on flight, asylum and residence law, labor market integration and recognition of qualifications, protection against discrimination and anti-racism, sexual and gender diversity
psychosocial stress and support needs
Participants are enabled to implement concrete support measures in the work context and to establish discrimination-sensitive structures in their organizations and institutions. A central component is
practical support with access to training, studies and gainful employment.
The LSVD* project "Flucht und Queer - Ankommen in Deutschland" networks, supports and advises LGBTI* refugees, new immigrants and migrants and contact points for LGBTI refugees throughout Germany on the topics of integration, volunteering, work, training and studying.
