Trombonist Tom Wendler and pianist Jonas Funk dedicate themselves to duo playing. Their program includes original compositions that take the
compositions that take listeners through modern jazz, Latin and more open sound fields. In their music, they usually work with extra-musical themes that evoke different moods. The direct interaction in this small line-up allows the two musicians to take complete freedom in their improvisations and to span large arcs.
