Lucy Kitchen is a British folk singer and songwriter from Hampshire. Her songs explore profound themes such as grief and loss, drawing inspiration from poetry, nature, the seasons, and the art of creating beauty out of hardship.
Her latest album, *In The Low Light*, chronicles a deeply personal chapter in Lucy’s life. She wrote the songs while her husband was passing away in October 2022 after a serious illness, and the album explores themes of loss, grief, memory, and transformation.  Yet amid the sadness, moments of joy, gratitude, and rediscovery shine through. For Lucy, the creative process became a lifeline—a way to process pain, honor love, and slowly find herself again through music.
