This workshop explores how movement patterns, posture, breathing and nervous system regulation influence body awareness and function.
Rather than forcing the body through pain or compensation mechanisms, we will focus on developing more supportive, efficient and sustainable movement patterns that provide greater ease, mobility and confidence in the body.
Through mindful movement, mobility exercises, breath awareness and nervous system support, the workshop will help participants better understand how daily habits and tension patterns can contribute to discomfort and physical overload.
Ideal for people who suffer from recurring tension, stress-related complaints or restricted movement, or who would like more support and less strain when moving.
