Yoga & Coffee – Your Mindful Start to the Day
Start your morning with a powerful yet soothing yoga practice. We’ll move our bodies and minds mindfully, finding calm, energy, and connection. Afterward, we’ll enjoy your favorite coffee, matcha, or tea while spending some cozy time together.
Isi, a certified Hatha yoga teacher, will lovingly guide you back to your sensations, your strength, and your body.

Please bring your own mat.

We practice among the artworks in a separate area of Café Bauturm 

⏰ Time
Start: 8:00 a.m.
Duration: 60 minutes
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.
Afterward, you’re welcome to stay as long as you’d like and continue enjoying a relaxing morning.

There are no changing rooms. It’s best to come dressed in comfortable clothing of your choice. Alternatively, there are restrooms you can use if needed.
