Parallel yoga classes for parents and children aged 5-8 years

While the children immerse themselves courageously and relaxed in the world of children's yoga in the relaxation room with imagination and sound, yoga - also suitable for beginners - takes place in the gym. The yoga teachers Elke and Jessica are both children's yoga teachers as well as yoga teachers for adults. There will be space and time for you and your child to connect at the end of the class!

There are 3 dates, Fridays 07.02., 14.02., 21.02.
