Our Traditional Yoga classes start with simple Hatha Yoga exercises (Asana-s) and become more complex and challenging over time to adapt to the increasing level of the students.
We offer one free trial class per person.
The aim of Hatha Yoga is the gradual harmonization of the being through the activation of the seven energy power centers (chakras). These are gradually activated, dynamized and harmonized through specific hatha yoga exercises (asanas). Hatha yoga describes the balance between Ha- (+) and tha(-) in our being. It is the union of opposites. Yoga is above all a state in which the individual unites with the universal.
