PKIII plays exuberant, introspective, humorous and attentive originals by bandleader Paul Küppers. Paul's music is influenced by jazz legends such as John Coltrane, Ornette Coleman and Miles Davis, but also by electronic music and Russian late romanticism.
Due to this stylistic mixture, new structures come together within his compositions, which are complemented by the radical spontaneity of freely improvised forms and the unpredictable playing of all band members.
