In 2008, the seven friends met while studying at the Lübeck University of Music. The once “young wild ones” have since become professional musicians, with an even more unbridled joy in making music together: Through tireless musical work and collaborative arranging, the band is constantly refining its ideal sound: rousing, enchanting, and transcendent. This now finely tuned ensemble, with its distinctive sound, turns its concerts into an unforgettable experience: The audience’s dancing, cheering, laughter, and tears are the group’s greatest motivation to continue spreading their love for klezmer. With their fresh and lively style, they are welcome guests on the stages of international festivals such as the Fürth Klezmer Festival, the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Festival, the Malte Klezmer Festival, and the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, where they performed four concerts this year, including a performance with the world-famous violinist Daniel Hope.
