The social-ecological neighborhood association Niemandsland e.V. is a lively, future-oriented initiative in Düsseldorf that is committed to ecology, culture and social justice. We create spaces and projects that bring about lasting change in our society - from waste prevention and craft repairs to the promotion of art and culture. With our various offerings, we make an important contribution to environmental protection and the promotion of a community based on solidarity.

Our free store, the wood workshop, the self-help bicycle workshop and many other projects are very popular with the neighborhood and show how sustainable ideas can be implemented in everyday life. We offer people a place to meet and receive practical help - regardless of their income. Everyone is welcome here, whether browsing in the free store, repairing furniture or bicycles or getting creative in a pottery course.
