The Jazz Federation is a non-profit association that promotes jazz in Hamburg through concerts and projects. We focus on quality and teamwork.

Our goal is to offer our guests a varied and at all times high quality concert program. With a mix of international and Hamburg groups, we want to provide concert experiences that will be remembered with pleasure. In addition, we support the Hamburg jazz scene in a variety of ways and implement projects at Hamburg schools.

In the current season 22/23, we are staging about five concerts a month at various venues. Of particular note here is our new main venue, the JazzHall, a forward-looking building designed specifically for jazz.

Today, the association consists of a voluntary team of people between 20 and 75 years of age, including active jazz musicians, as well as a core of more than 300 members.

The work of the association is carried out by the managing board and the extended board. The current line-up:
