One Life Defense is an association of experienced Krav Maga instructors who have made it their mission to empower people of all ages, genders and backgrounds.

In our all-gender trainings, women's trainings, kids and teens trainings, in school courses, workshops and seminars, we teach everyone the skills and knowledge to protect themselves and others, to behave tactically clever in everyday life, to recognize and overcome conflicts at an early stage and to increase their self-confidence.
