Ismael Fischmord, Harald Gesterkamp, René Klammer, David Jacobs, Stefan Reusch and Georg Schnitzler present subtle, bizarre and deeply human stories - close to the everyday lives of not entirely flawless contemporaries. Small tragedies, grand visions, absurd lives. With subtle wit and linguistic precision, the "Six" take reality seriously enough to briefly unhinge it. They give their audience stories that will not soon be forgotten.

Ismael Fischmord
"Writer in residence" at the kitchen table in his apartment. No thought is too small for him not to drift off into the next bizarria from there.

Harald Gesterkamp
loves bizarre characters and stories that begin innocuously and then take an unexpected turn.

René Klammer
prefers to write sitting down or standing up, but never with his feet; everyday disasters are his specialty.

David Jacobs
Co-founder of literary ping-pong. Plays table tennis when he is not writing or reciting his texts.

Stefan Reusch
has been saving the world for 25 years. Otherwise he takes little seriously.

Georg Schnitzler
Former operator of the legendary First Cologne Living Room Theater and founder of the fett & kursiv reading show. Writes and reads because he can.
