Aerial Yoga & Sound

Aerial & Sound Weightless - and yet held - in a silk aerial cloth, you will travel with me through the sound worlds of singing crystalline and Tibetan singing bowls. Before we float off into relaxation together, I will show you how to find security and trust in the shawl. I will guide you through some basic aerial yoga poses and, if you like, also headfirst positions that may bring back memories of happy childhood days. The workshop is very beginner-friendly and, in addition to a more active first part, focuses on deep relaxation and calming the nervous system in the subsequent second part by means of a sound journey in the aerial cloth.
