TheAMPis opening its doors for a big open house:

On July 11, you can see, hear, and touch the 10 new Plug & Play rehearsal rooms—and feel free to play in them yourself on the spot! One room, complete with instruments (guitars, bass, drums), is available for flexible rehearsals—and it’s open to absolutely everyone, whether you’re a pro or just picking up an instrument for the very first time.

Everyone is welcome to give it a try. Prefer to just listen at first? Sure, that’s fine too—starting at 2 p.m., there will be an open band rehearsal that you can drop in on flexibly and spontaneously (ear protection is available for kids ages 3 and up and adults).

If you’d rather check out our DJ room, you’re welcome to do that too—at the Open Decks, you can bring your own music (USB drive/SD card) and test your DJ skills—plus, a professional DJ will be on hand to offer tips and assistance if needed.

Throughout the day, there will be regular guided tours of all the spaces at AMP, located behind the Feierwerk main grounds, which can be rented by the hour or by the day at affordable rates. At the reception desk, the AMP team is available to answer any questions or assist withonline registration if needed. Cold (non-alcoholic) beverages will be provided.
