Anushka Chkheidze is a Georgian electronic music artist. She has been one of the most important young musicians outside Georgia since her debut album "Halfie". Growing up in the small village of Kharagauli, music has been a part of her life since childhood. Although Chkheidze now writes music for film and theater and plays at international festivals, there are always references to her homeland in her music.
Between ambient and IDM, Chkheidze's electronic music is constantly evolving. Her sound creations are well thought-out, intelligent and dynamic. With vibrating rhythms and calm analog synths, Chkheidze transports you into atmospheric soundscapes.
