Argies

Clash style 1977 Latino punk

The band was formed in 1984 and although their roots are in British punk of the seventies, their music today has influences of ska, reggae, dub and a good dose of rock'n'roll elements and Latin rhythms. The band functions like a collective group of dedicated musicians who come in and out of the Argies with the same freedom that characterizes the work in the band. The particular way in which the band makes music has made Argies a truly independent cultural movement over the years. Since 1999, the band has regularly toured extensively in South America, Europe and around the world. It is not easy to determine the exact number of concerts. They have shared the stage with Die Toten Hosen at least 13 times between 1997 and 2018.

Backroom Ethics

Take four musicians with different backgrounds, a shared enthusiasm for honest rock music, a pinch of punk - and the result is Backroom Ethics.
Everyone brings their own experiences to the table - and now knows exactly what to avoid: exaggerated rock star attitudes or artificially turned-up coolness and music that sounds like an algorithm instead of life.
Instead, there's honest alternative rock with a punk twist, as well as other styles. Sometimes rough & and cheeky, sometimes punky and snotty, and then again calm to melancholic. But always direct and with a little wink.
On stage, joy of playing and energy meet just as much as humor and just as much sweat.

Backroom Ethics don't put on a show - they are a show.
