Forget Cannes, Venice or the Berlinale! Because the really important film festivals are still taking place in Cologne! And this time it's going to be... well... musical, loud, even kind of strange. But in the best possible way.

At the next Arthurs Film Festival, we'll be immersing ourselves in the wonderfully weird, loud and surprisingly profound world of "Frank " - Lenny Abrahamson's cult film about art, ego, madness and perhaps the most unusual band since oversized cardboard heads. 🎹🎭
