At the heart of it all

“Strangers are people, too,” as the saying goes. So what do we see when we meet others for the first time? Friends or foes? With AT THE HEART OF IT ALL, INTER-ACTIONS delves into the heart of this question and invites two new dancers to each new performance. Two people who have never met before come together live in front of an audience. The atmosphere is set by a live concert featuring songs created exclusively for this piece that touch the heart. Accompanied by the music and choreographic instructions from offstage, the dancers get to know one another and let us share in this delicate process that transforms strangers into people.
