Bremen liest! Béatrice Hecht-El Minshawi liest aus "Orte, Zeiten, Erinnerungen"
In the organizer's words:
Reading with Musical Accompaniment
Béatrice Hecht-El Minshawi, author of numerous books on encounters and cultural diversity in many regions of the world, reads prose and poetry from her works. The themes are growing older, reflecting on life, and reminiscing about home, childhood, loss, farewells,
and new beginnings. Hope—always hope. Setting out, the world, being on the move—always discovering something new and beautiful.
She is accompanied musically by Besa Dervishi on violin and viola. Her repertoire blends Albanian, Kurdish, and Balkan melodies with classical works. Complemented by film scores and free improvisations, a multifaceted soundscape emerges—somewhere between tradition and classical music—that invites you to listen, dream, and linger
.
Free admission.
