In the organizer's words:
Cajon, the drums in a box, originally comes from Peru. Today it is used as a rhythm instrument in all styles of music. It is drummed directly with the hands while seated. This enables harmonious interaction between both sides of the brain, which in turn promotes creativity.
Parents and children build a cajon together from a kit. Then we get to know the different drumming techniques and playfully try out different rhythms with our new instrument.
