CASTLE RAT is a fantasy doom metal band from New York City led by "The Rat Queen" on guitar and vocals. On her mission to expand and defend "The Realm " against those who would destroy it, the Rat Queen is joined by "The Count" on lead guitar, "The Plague Doctor" on bass and "The All-Seeing Druid" on drums. Together they face the relentless wrath of their arch-enemy: Death herself - the Pied Piper.
