Comedyreadings: THE READING SHOW

Laughter is not only between the lines! Presenter Maxi Gstettenbauer invites you to a special kind of reading show: five well-known comedy celebrities come together on stage to form a literary quintet and read from their successful books.

Johann König tells in his new book "Familie macht glücklich" about the most annoying and most beautiful thing in the world: La Familia.

Satirist Sarah Bosetti takes on some of the most beautiful, worst or most absurd populist statements of well-known personalities in "Wer Angst hat, soll zuhause bleiben" and answers them with clever, biting and funny poems.

In his new book "Yoga gegen Rechts" (Yoga against the Right), author and comedian Patrick Salmen confronts the strange human species with due compassion and delivers short stories with plenty of black humor, biting dialogues and everyday observations that guarantee not only laughs but also one or two aha moments.

The outstanding line-up is rounded off by the master of reading aloud: Torsten Sträter reads from his book "Du kannst alles lassen, du musst es nur wollen".

The show series is organized by the COLOGNE COMEDY FESTIVAL.
