In the organizer's words:
Along the way, the breweries showcase the typical Old Cologne brewing tradition (et Bräues) from the 19th century. Terms such as Luhstock, Bichstohl, Schwemme, and Unkelkääz are explained and can still be admired in some of the traditional breweries.
To wrap things up, we’ll head to the Sion Brewery for a round of Kölsch together and sing some Cologne folk songs accompanied by the accordion.
