Unfolding a collective resonance within
WORKSHOP

Somatic bodywork meets the dynamic energy of clubbing. Inspired by dance and creative strategies, together we dive deeper into movement, expression, connection and flow moments - supported by a live electronic set.

By moving through different energies, we use the body as a tool to open up and immerse ourselves in a collective resonance space. Together we will explore how the resonance of the group can open up new inner spaces and deepen the connection between individual and collective perception.

In an open space for exchange and encounter, there will be an alternation between phases of intense energy (which does not necessarily mean working out), moments of personal reflection, group work, sharing, touch, relaxation and raving.

The soundbath's frequencies create a space for reflection and integration: Impressions can be sorted and the body - depending on the resonance - finds peace, regulation, activation or deeper resonance.

Deeper States is aimed at anyone who wants to deepen their connection to their own body and to the group and experience the energy of community and clubbing in a new way.

Let go and surrender to flow. Life is a party.
