Cologne Comedy Festival presents: Nice to meet you, Cologne! The city book tour with Nilz Bokelberg.
"Cologne is the closest possible paradise-on-earth version among German cities." In his travel guide "Nice to meet you, Cologne!" presenter and author Nilz Bokelberg invites you on a foray to his favorite places in the cathedral city.
As part of the Cologne Comedy Festival, this foray becomes reality: on the city tour with the Hop-on-Hop-Off double-decker bus, we visit selected places in Cologne under the guidance of the author. Nilz reveals from where you have the best view of the cathedral - and it's not on the left side of the Rhine. We also go to Cologne's "most beautiful" square: Barbarossaplatz is an exemplary demonstration of Cologne's understanding of architecture. Finally, at Mediapark, the former VIVA presenter reveals one or two piquant experiences from the music station's long-gone heyday.
During the trip, tour guide Nilz provides anecdotes and amusing stories from his time in Cologne, musical interludes with his ukulele and surprising facts for a unique travel experience - authentic Cologne refreshments included.
Nilz Bokelberg is an author, presenter, singer and podcaster . He grew up in Wesseling, was one of the first faces of the Cologne music channel VIVA at the age of 17 and lived in the cathedral city for many years. Today, he can be heard as the host of various podcasts.
The tour organizer of the show series is the COLOGNE COMEDY FESTIVAL.
