THE POPULAR ORIGINAL STARTS THE NEW SEASON!

The "Brettspiele Picknick" is your public open air games evening for board and board games on every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month from 18h*/**.

Analog games. Real people. | Digital detox at its best. Switch off, come down. | The day was exhausting enough. You've earned it!

You don't have to bring anything yourself, we've already provided everything for you: tables, chairs, toilets - and of course games. It's all there! Bring your favorite game? No problem!

We have no minimum consumption, no game or rental fee, no registration or other hurdles. Just grab one of the tables, take a tablecloth (if you like), sit down and you're ready to go.

You can bring your own snacks and/or drinks or have them delivered. Everything else is optional. Please note the "Price information" at the bottom of this entry.

FOOD & DRINK:

As already described: It is best to bring your own drinks, snacks and other food. A fridge is at your disposal. Several kiosks and a "Penny" supermarket are not far away. Alternatively, you can of course also order something from Lieferando, Wolt, Flink etc. However, please make sure that no crockery such as plates, knives, forks or spoons are available on site.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Don't worry about the weather. The location is surrounded by church walls and lots of trees, which will provide you with a cooling climate. Plenty to drink, sunscreen, headgear and sunglasses may still come in handy. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we can simply move to the community hall.

The address for the games fun is the inner courtyard of the "St. Pantaleon" parish hall (opposite "Jonas küchen | kultur | köln") | Trierer Str. 2, 50676 Cologne

KVB lines 3, 4 or 18:

Get off at the "Poststraße" stop. From there, cross the "Stromberg" bridge at Rothgerberbach, walk up "Pantaleonstraße" and then along "Waisenhausgasse" to the 2nd intersection. Turn right again and you will find the entrance directly opposite "Jonas küchen | kultur | köln" on the right-hand side, embedded in the wall.

KVB lines 12, 15 or 16:

Get off at the "Eifelstraße" stop. From there, walk past "Newzellas Backstube", along "Waisenhausgasse" to the 2nd intersection. Turn left again & then you will find the entrance directly opposite "Jonas küchen | kultur | köln" on the right side of the wall.

Car, bike & other means of transportation:

Of course you can also come by bike or e-scooter. You can simply park them in the courtyard behind the entrance gate (except for sharing bikes or e-scooters - according to the providers, these must be parked in public spaces).

Of course, it is also no problem to come by car. You can find parking spaces in the surrounding area, e.g. privately via the "Ampido" app.
