In the organizer's words:

Everyone wants to understand art. Why not try to understand the songs of a bird?

Vernissage at the theater: the gallery owner is ready to unveil the latest work by the celebrated local major artist. But even before the covers come off - DO NOT TOUCH! - four people embark on an adventure of their own. Their search for art leads them down completely different paths, as individual as their own life stories. But which of them actually knows what they are talking about?

They soon become embroiled in a heated debate: what is art in the theater anyway? Is it all just a show, a game for money and vanity? Or is there more to it than that? What does "art" really mean, who needs it - and above all, for what purpose? In the midst of all these questions, we ourselves begin to ponder: What really touches us? And what role does art play in this?
