In the organizer's words:
Punk Rock at TSUNAMI
On Tuesday, October 20, 2026, TSUNAMI invites you to a diverse night of punk featuring three bands from Dresden and Cologne.
DON CAMILLO from Dresden are making their Cologne debut. They bring uncompromising German punk with hardcore influences to the stage. The duo captivates audiences with honest lyrics about social injustices, solidarity, and resistance to the shift to the right. They’ll be bringing their latest EP, “WAS BLEIBT, IST DIE LEERE,” which—like their debut album “STROM FRISST SEELE” (2025)—is being released on cassette via the band’s own DIY label, HARD LESSONS RECORDS.
They’ll be supported by Short Story Long from Cologne. Short Story Long—fresh, high-energy, female-fronted pop-punk. They combine powerful vocals with catchy hooks and profound lyrics. Their upbeat sound, driven by melodic riffs, contrasts with the emotional content of their songs.
Also on the bill is roughpatch from Cologne. roughpatch is a post-hardcore band that transforms anger and doubt into intense songs. Between raw riffs, emotional melodies, and a dash of emo, they create a sound that hovers somewhere between a basement party and an emotional breakdown. Lyrically, their songs tackle everything that keeps you up at night—from personal struggles to social and political injustices. Their music belongs on stage: loud, raw, and uncompromisingly direct.
