The drinking comrade invites you to a double concert - and a lot of heartache and humor will be served.
Reni's first album is called "Über die Liebe" and the title says it all: with her soulful yet raw lyrics, the 20-year-old always hovers somewhere between melancholy and euphoria, although Reni's songs are mostly dominated by heartache and world-weariness.
Salomon's performance, on the other hand, is a simultaneous mix of songwriting, rap and comedy with punk influences. With 'Unpop', or unpopular pop music, Salomon has invented his own genre. Humorous lyrics, both self-deprecating and critical of the system, interspersed with melancholy. About growing up in a small town and seeking therapy in the big city, life as a musician in the world of cabaret and an ever faster changing world.
Reni and Salomon combine their different styles in their joint concerts and use their differences as a strength.
