Hardly any other character has shaped the image of the vampire as profoundly as Count Dracula. Based on Bram Stoker’s novel, our production combines the world-famous story with the dark imagery of early silent film, thereby building a bridge to the legendary figure of Nosferatu.

Between shadow and light, seduction and menace, an atmospheric theatrical world emerges in which classic motifs blend with a modern visual language. The story tells of an encounter with the stranger, of fears, longings, and the power of the unknown—themes that have lost none of their fascination to this day.

An impressive evening of theater blending Gothic horror, film history, and contemporary theater, bringing the myth of Dracula and the figure of Nosferatu to life in a new way.
