Drowning Dry

Sisters Ernesta and Justė head to the countryside for a few days with their husbands and children. What begins as a relaxing vacation—with sunshine, wine on the terrace, and light-hearted banter between the in-laws—soon gives way to tensions within the family: financial disparities, wounded pride, and unspoken conflicts come to the surface. A dramatic incident becomes the final turning point. From this moment on, the film unfolds in fragments: situations repeat themselves, timelines shift, and details change.
