Let's groove together!

The 2-hour dance session invites you to experience movement and the body with a live electronic set. A collective dance experience that almost feels like a guided party. Bodies in the room, finally dancing again, surrendering to the electronic beat and translating contemporary dance elements into their very own movement languages in a neon-lit flow.

Dancer and performance artist Bettina Nampé will guide you through the evening with movement exercises in English . Experience in contemporary dance is not a must - trying out, dropping, turning, wobbling and raving are welcome!

A session for everyone who loves electronic music and dance experiments. In addition to physical workouts and 'new' ways of expressing yourself physically, Endorphin Session focuses on enjoyment, the joy of dancing, community, synchronization, sharing space and movement, creating vibrations, dancing together and groove experiences.

The event

Please be there 15 min earlier to start together. Admission from 20:40

We start the session with a collective chill in. After about 90 minutes of dance and movement flow, a cool down awaits you.

What is needed?

- It will be exhausting! Raving can make you sweat, so wear appropriate (sports) clothing that allows you to move freely.

- Disco ball and neon lights: We've spruced up the TF and would love you to glitter, shine and take part in our rave atmosphere!

- Drinks are available at our bar. However, it is worth bringing 1-2 liters of water. You can take a short break from your dance workout in the outdoor area. There - in contrast to the dance floor! - drinking is allowed.

What else do I need to know?

- Endorphin Session is free of alcohol and other substances.

- We are not liable for personal (valuable) items.
