FCK AfD Festival

In the organizer's words:

Are you in the mood for good music, creative activities and exciting discussions?
Then join us: young people come together at the FCK AFD Festival - against the right and for solidarity!

Social discourse has been shifting for years and right-wing radicalism is becoming socially acceptable. With the FCK AFD Festival, we are taking a stand against all right-wing politics:

You can look forward to a varied line-up with different bands that will create a great atmosphere and take a stand at the same time.
You can also design buttons, exchange ideas and take part in discussions at information stands run by solidarity organizations!

The festival, which is taking place at Haus der Jugend this year, is a place for encounters, exchange and empowerment - loud, creative and political. Come along, bring your friends and make a statement with us!

This line-up awaits you:

Arthyg & Firstblock
Always on the move, because everything is changing" - that's the motto of Arthyg & Firstblock, a rap duo from Düsseldorf that sees hip hop not just as a musical genre, but as an expression of attitude and attitude towards life. With a mixture of authentic lyrics, melodic beats and a clear message, Arthyg & Firstblock bring a breath of fresh air to the live scene. Their songs are socially critical, intercultural and reflect the individual realities of the two artists' lives.

Eddi Ali
Eddie Ali is a Moroccan music producer, DJ and rapper who has been living in Germany since 2021. In his music, he combines Darija, English and German to create an international sound of North African influences, boom bap and modern trap beats. His songs deal with topics such as cultural identity, empowerment and social diversity as well as the fight against racism and discrimination. In addition to his music, Eddie Ali is involved in creative educational and cultural projects and organizes workshops on beatmaking, sound collage and song recording for young people and schools.

Mary Touré
Singer Mary Touré combines neo soul, reggae and spoken word with her ukulele to create a warm, acoustic sound. She sings in English and German about identity and self-acceptance and wants to encourage others to find their own strength and place in the world.

WBB-Crew
The WBB-Crew (Words Beyond Borders) stands for creative diversity, intercultural exchange and real life stories. With multilingual rap songs, the crew connects people from different countries, cultures and walks of life. Diverse melodies and creative lyrics create shared experiences that show that music can overcome borders and bring people together. WBB is committed to respect, openness and social dialog - authentic, modern and unifying.

Magical Grrrl
Magical Grrrl captivates the dancefloor with mousy hyperhouse. Her DJ sets exude the euphoria of queer They, Her and History, which she also wants to give back to the community by creating inclusive spaces. Since 2018, she has been organizing queer parties at the Get Over It Collective in Düsseldorf and pioneering the representation of FLINTA* on stage and behind the decks. With every spin of the turntable, she conjures up sounds that she mixes with the essence of club nostalgia and pulsating techno rhythms. Through her sets, she not only wants the audience to dance, but also to experiment, flirt and be enchanted.

Organized by SLJD - Die Falken (KV Düsseldorf) and the Jugendring Düsseldorf.
