Felsklettern im Pfälzerwald | Ab 8 Jahren

In the organizer's words:

If a family wants to do something exciting and relaxing together and not only the children but also the adults want to get their money's worth, then this climbing day for beginners and slightly advanced climbers is just the thing. For the doubters, if you can climb a ladder, you can climb!

After a short drive we reach the climbing area. The rest of the way is covered in a short, leisurely hike. Once we arrive, we first explore the rock.

The first climbing attempts are now made at the foot of the rock, followed by a short introduction to climbing and safety techniques. After a relaxing lunch break, the highlight: vertical climbing. Just like on an expedition, you look for the way to the top. Everyone tries their own level of difficulty and sets their own height limit.

Please bring food, enough to drink, rainwear and, if possible, shoes with a low-profile sole. If continuous rain is forecast, the event will be canceled.
