FOOD 4 THE SOUL - Sushi Masterclass with Duc
Eating sushi is a pleasure. Making sushi yourself is an art.
In this special cooking class, you will immerse yourself in the world of Japanese cuisine together with sushi master Duc. As the founder of "Mr. D - Let me cook" and creative mind behind the Leipzig restaurant Shiki, he shares his knowledge, techniques and passion for perfect sushi directly with you.
Step by step, you will learn how to create real sushi art from high-quality ingredients. Together you will prepare various nigiris, maki rolls and inside-out rolls and learn what really matters when it comes to rice, fish, cutting technique and presentation.
Look forward to an enjoyable evening with crispy crab chips and guacamole as an amuse-gueule, fine salmon tartare with truffle oil and kimchi, a varied sushi platter and Japanese mochi ice cream as a sweet finish.
