Our soul warmers on cold days
When it gets cold and uncomfortable outside, there is hardly anything better than a good meal in good company. This cooking course is all about warming flavors, seasonal ingredients and dishes that pamper body and soul alike.
Together we will prepare a winter menu that combines indulgence and coziness. We start with a sophisticated Waldorf salad with pink duck breast, lamb's lettuce, caramelized walnuts and cranberries. We then enjoy a creamy chestnut soup with white chocolate, crispy bacon chips and sesame rolls.
The main course is tender fillet of beef cooked whole with mashed turnip and potatoes, colorful grilled carrots and aromatic port wine jus. For a sweet finish, we serve a quick berry tart with glazed berries, fluffy mascarpone cream and homemade Prosecco ice cream.
An enjoyable winter evening for all those who love seasonal cuisine, want to gather new inspiration for the cold season and long for real soul food.
