Pasta & a little bit more!
Prepare fresh pasta by hand, learn new techniques and then enjoy a multi-course meal - this cooking course is a must for all lovers of Italian cuisine.
Together we will make various pasta specialties ourselves and learn what really matters when it comes to dough, consistency and processing. Look forward to two-tone ravioli with saffron and beet, filled with ricotta and pine nuts or paprika and parmesan, served on fresh spinach salad with a fruity blueberry dressing.
We then prepare homemade tagliatelle with an aromatic tomato and basil ragout, grilled king prawns and green asparagus. The main course is tender roasted veal fillet with white wine sauce, vegetable noodles and mashed potatoes with smoked salt.
To finish, we enjoy a refreshing cassis and prosecco sorbet on a fruity mango and mint salad.
An enjoyable evening for all those who love fresh pasta, want to experience artisan cooking and discover Italian-inspired moments of pleasure with refined accents.
