A cooperation with Blockblocks Cleanup and Fledermaus NRW
One day of action - two events. To mark Biodiversity Day, we are cleaning our canals near the castle pond with volunteers from Benrath and the surrounding area. Waste, not least plastic waste, decomposes in long-lasting processes. In the form of micro- and nanoparticles, it is eaten by animals and absorbed by plants - a dangerous path that ends up in human food and therefore in all of us. The second part of the event consists of a bat tour.
