It's lucky that not all keys have been replaced by digital keycards yet. Otherwise the key game would probably no longer exist. A few years ago, it enjoyed great serial success in Mexico as "El Juego De Las Llaves" and is now being launched internationally as a German adaptation for Prime Video under the "game direction" of UFA Fiction. The eight-part series focuses on Anna and Paul, who have been together forever, as well as their friends Julie, Valentin, Bella and Leo. Their lives run smoothly until Samu returns home with his girlfriend Siena and proposes a daring game to his old clique that breaks all boundaries: everyone throws their key into a bowl. Whoever draws spends the night with the owner of the key. No feelings, no obligations. Just the game. What begins as an exciting experiment quickly turns into an emotional powder keg. Old longings break out, new truths come to light: nothing stays the same.
