Gefördert gründen - 3 Schritte für deinen Start

“Gefördert gründen” is a concise webinar format that combines three key startup topics into a single session. It is aimed at anyone who is planning to start their own business or is seriously considering doing so. This applies whether they’re starting a business while employed, as a student, or while unemployed.

It is particularly geared toward people who want to finance their startup through support programs such as the startup grant or AVGS coaching.

The event is divided into three sequential modules:

Block 1 – Startup Basics:
What makes a viable business idea? Participants will learn how to clearly define their offering, narrow down their target audience, and articulate a clear customer benefit. This isn’t about theory, but rather the questions that every expert agency and funding provider asks.

Block 2 – Business Plan: Do’s & Don’ts:
A compelling business plan is a prerequisite for the viability certificate and, consequently, for the startup grant. This module shows what expert agencies really look for, which mistakes immediately undermine a plan, and how to construct a clear and convincing argument. We’ll share our insights from our daily consulting practice with you.

Module 3 – Acquiring Your First Customers:
Even the best idea is worthless without revenue. Participants will learn how to attract their first paying customers without a large marketing budget, which sales channels are best suited for the early stages, and how to build visibility from day one.

Each module combines brief expert insights with concrete examples of implementation drawn from consulting practice. The event is moderated by experienced startup consultants who support founders daily on their path to self-employment. There will be time for questions afterward.

This format complements Startup Week by offering a practical introduction for those interested in starting a business who are still in the early stages and are looking for a structured overview before taking the next step.
