We cook protein- and fiber-rich delicacies that are easy to recreate at home - from roasted chickpea salad to quinoa and lentil pilaf to chia pudding. Gentle movements in the light-flooded yoga room harmonize your body and mind. The group stays together for all sessions so that you can safely exchange ideas, relax and recharge your batteries. You will go home from each session centered, energized and in harmony with yourself.
