Under the theme “Inner Worlds,” we invite participants to explore their own inner landscape while simultaneously connecting with others.
Through formats such as a cacao ceremony and breathwork, we open a space that facilitates access to emotions and encourages the courage to engage with one’s inner experience.
Building on this foundation, a psychologically grounded mental longevity workshop guides participants in reflecting on their internal processes — particularly regarding emotions, self-image, and recurring patterns.
A day dedicated to resilience and prevention, guided by experts in the fields of psychology, breathwork, and yoga.
