An extraordinarily ordinary family

The Hirschbär family has had enough of the hectic city and is looking for a little house in the countryside. Finally, Mama Bear, Papa Deer and their lively offspring, Annelie the rabbit and Friedrich the fox, find a lovely new home among the trees and meadows in the tranquil village of Waldesleben. But the initial joy of the four is quickly dampened when the Hirschbärens realize that the villagers are critical of the new arrivals from the city. But Mama Bear, Papa Deer and their offspring soon manage to win the hearts of the unlikely family.
