Around 1802, Beethoven almost despaired of his progressive deafness - and yet found the strength to break new artistic ground. The second part of the Beethoven cycle brings together the "Tempest Sonata", the Piano Concerto No. 1 and the Symphony No. 2. Belgian Beethoven conductor and researcher Jan Caeyers, his orchestra Le Concert Olympique and Kit Armstrong allow us to relive this time of crisis in the composer's life.
