In the organizer's words:
Sound & Silence – Relax and Recharge
In this course, participants will learn how sounds, silence, and mindful breathing can contribute to greater mindfulness and relaxation in everyday life.
Body awareness exercises help participants focus their attention on their own needs and consciously experience moments of calm.
In each session, specific instruments—such as singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums, handpans, and sansulas—are used.
The sounds invite you to pause, deepen your awareness, and take away new inspiration for greater serenity in daily life.
This program is open to anyone interested. No prior experience is required.
A total of 5 sessions, every Wednesday from 6:15–7:45 p.m.
